I recently, as executor, wrapped up the affairs of my deceased aunt's estate. The staff at Hoffmeyer & Semmelman were very friendly and helpful. Especially Nicole, with whom I worked closely, she always kept me up to date on the status of filings and taxes, was knowledgeable about the law and its requirements, and was helpful to me in every way.

This does not even warrant a one star. I made 2 appt for me/husband, and my mother to prepare trusts. Our appt was paid for in advance $500 and our appt was in the first week of July 2023. I waited patiently for the trusts to be written up. I contacted them twice within that time and was told that they are sorry, but will have it out to me shortly. Yesterday, after another prompting I get a letter saying that they are referring me elsewhere and that they will not be completing my Trusts. I paid in advance for the visit with ... read more
