Do NOT ever hire this attorney. He is NOT a moral man! As soon as you pay him the fee charged, he will forget everything about your case. I hired him a time back, and he would barely raise a finger during our trial. Very much to my surprise, he had me select the jury for my trial. Efrain was my dad's court appointed attorney. my dad has been battling a drug addiction for 20+ years now. he had done some prison time back in 2006 for a drug charge. Of all the times my dad has been arrested for drugs, and even sentenced to jail/prison time he has never once said he wanted to get help or needed help with his addiction. my dad was arrested in August 2015, Efrain was assigned to his case.
