Just bad people, being bad at what they do. Misleading and disrespectful to patient/clients needs. They act only based on their ego and financial needs. Accepted our child birth injury case, misguided us to dropping part of our lawsuit with the fake assurance that they were filling on date our case. Woman answered the phone, cut me off and put me on hold without telling me she was doing so. Came back 20 minutes later even ruder. I'm calling about wrongful death and not one kind word came out of her mouth. Why is this person allowed to answer the phone??
After several phone calls, and 30 min hold. Decided not to proceed. They are not professional at all!! Rude!!! They are already gave indication of who they are.
Rude and disrespectful receptionist. Made me not want to further my involvement with this group.
The woman on the phone is super rude and disrespectful. I was telling her about my case, and she just told me that the they are too busy to take my case. Never ever go here.
