Do not waste your time. Very poor customer service.
Spoke with Doug on 2 occasions about a possible case with our RV. He requested I send in detailed information, which I submitted via email at the end of June. He stated he would be in touch. I have called and left messages, my husband has also called and left messages, we have had no response either by email or phone. Very unprofessional, in my opinion.
I do not recommend this law office, I emailed detailed information to Jessica Bernardo and received no response back from the attorney as advised. I waited 7 days for a response and sent repeated email request for followup before leaving this review. Per my request action had to be taken before the 1st of the month, I would have never emailed personal documents and attachments had I known that my case would not be reviewed.
I can’t say enough about Doug Law and his team! I thought I had no chance but I had a chance! My dream car after 6k miles started to have issues and the dealer thought I was making things up. After I was referred to Doug law, Doug Kristen and Jessica really took there time and handled everything for me! I can’t say enough about the whole team! I don’t wish to ever have a car for a lemon but if I do again I know who to contact! Thanks again for all of your time and effort!
