Im am very unhappy with their device. I wouldnt advise anyone to use The Law Offices of Daniel Kim. They will hold on to your settlement as long as possible. Not only are they holding onto my settlement months after deposition. But I sent my son there and he had a simple small accident not his fault and they are taking years on his case too. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Once they have your case locked in you will be totally ignored. Spoke on the phone with Mr. K** (he identified himself as Mr. Daniel K***. He would not let me get a word. It sounded so rehashed, rehearsed and not genuine. He talked about all the millions he's won for others and that is not what I need. I need to be able to pay my bills and get a wrong corrected. If this is the best we have in Orange County, I'm finding someone else.

I worked with them for my auto accident last year and they were outstanding and wonderful to work with. They did an amazing job representing me and answered all of my questions in an extremely quick manner and were professional.
