This was my original review. They responded to the only thing that had validation in the whole rude phone call I had. Yes they said this can happen. They also gave false hope that they many times do way better. Forget the outcome for a second. I hate feeling like a bother, and unfortunately this experience has made me feel exactly that. I should’ve known that agreeing to a lowball charge to represent me might come with attitude, but I didn’t expect to feel like my questions or concerns were an inconvenience—or that clients weren’t truly valued. This law firm takes forever to return your calls especially when you paid all your fees upfront. I had a DWI case that the lawyer keep postponing the court date me not knowing that everytime he did that my court fees were increasing which ended up paying extra 370 for fees which the lawyer kept postponing. If I have another case best believe I'm looking elsewhere
