Seth did a phenomenal job representing me. He is extremely detail-oriented and pointed out and articulately explained clauses of the agreement I had trouble understanding. Most impressive to me, however, was his negotiating skills. He is an expert negotiator. He was a genuine asset throughout the entire process, and I could not have done it without his guidance and clear explanations in layman's terms. His negotiating skills, compassion, and creativity in strategizing are bar none.
Seth and Lisa were very helpful in getting me scheduled for a consult quickly to discuss my case and were able to provide a long list of resources to other attorneys for one aspect of my case that they understandably weren’t able to help with. Grateful for the help!
After a phone conversation with Mr. Shich, we agreed to schedule a follow-up call for a full consultation in order to move forward with engaging his services for my case. That was three weeks ago. He missed the initial scheduled call. After I made multiple attempts to reach him, he responded and set an appointment for the following day, which was yesterday. Consulted with Seth regarding a civil issue we were having. He provided a lot of suggestions and recommendations and said he would take our case. After spending $2k on his recommendations, he ghosted us and we have been unable to reach him. DO NOT TRUST THIS LAWYER.
