Ray has been very helpful with the investment property I have. Since working with him on an early lease termination for my duplex, my husband and I have been far less stressed with making sure we handle things properly. We do not use a property management company and so we often need someone to talk to about our leases and tenants. Especially when they want to break their lease early.
