My husband paid him $2,500 for what we thought would be a child support case but the mother never went through with anything or went to the one court date to determine DNA. Nathan’s assistant showed up then left. This was 2 years ago and we didn’t need his services. He will not get back in touch with us regarding the payment we made expect for one time and he said he would keep it incase we needed him. We don’t. We just want some portion of the money back l, it’s ridiculous.
If there’s something to be said about Nathan…is that he knows the law, is honest with his clients about the process, and dosent miss any details or sugarcoat things. Well worth the single payment of 5000 dollars. In my opinion, he is one of the best Lawyers in all of South Carolina and i highly recommend him.
I usually don’t write reviews. But when I tell you that Mr Nathan Sheldon is the TRUTH, he didn’t know me at all, but talked to me as if he truly cared. He didn’t even want to take my money unless it was absolutely necessary. He wasn’t like the others that just told me anything to get money, he truly cared about my potential case. My PCR case has been ongoing since 2021 and remains unresolved. Despite asking multiple times over the years for motions to be filed to move the case forward, nothing was done. The lack of action and urgency was extremely disappointing. At times, it felt like my interests were not being fully represented. Overall, I would not recommend this office to anyone needing strong advocacy or timely legal action.
