I usually don’t write reviews. But when I tell you that Mr Nathan Sheldon is the TRUTH, he didn’t know me at all, but talked to me as if he truly cared. He didn’t even want to take my money unless it was absolutely necessary. He wasn’t like the others that just told me anything to get money, he truly cared about my potential case. My PCR case has been ongoing since 2021 and remains unresolved. Despite asking multiple times over the years for motions to be filed to move the case forward, nothing was done. The lack of action and urgency was extremely disappointing. At times, it felt like my interests were not being fully represented. Overall, I would not recommend this office to anyone needing strong advocacy or timely legal action.
Nathan was great with our OHAN appeal. He already knew the back story to our case inside and out so I knew he was the one to get it overturned. From the moment we spoke he put my mind at ease that we could win this appeal and he did just that. He really doesn't let OHAN/DSS get away with any of their BS and will call them out on it in a heartbeat. I 100% recommend him if you have any issues with DSS/OHAN.
