It was a positive experience and everything that I needed to know was broken down for me to understand.
It was a great learning and rewarding experience! More than one adjuster(roof expert) visited and inspected my home and reviewed with me the damages! My roof was a metal original roof almost 20 years old. The builder is no longer living and such materials used are not able to be found locally. First the claim was made and reviewed but the insurance denied the visible damage outside and inside my home.
