What's interesting is, I was using an IP attorney that was recommended later to find out that they were more about making money than providing a sound service. However, I was trying to find out some information regarding trademark abandonment. Through my search, I stumbled onto an article that explained abandonment thoroughly which after reading I then wanted to find out who wrote it.
