She was recently representing a good friend of mine. I just don't appreciate the lack of communication from her or this firm. I'm not saying she doesn't know her job, but I just don't think it should take almost a year and my friend has to constantly call or leave a message and she doesn't let her clients know in advance when she needs to take personal time off or if she won't be available.
