He seemed knowledgeable but his evaluation did not offer any more information then when we spoke prior to payment. I was very disappointed that he neither adhered to the turnaround time that I graciously offered nor honored my refund request. It appears he deprioritized my matter and I am left with the same questions I began with.

My case is still an ongoing situation, but I wish to say that Mr. Klatt is a great person and attorney for many reasons. He’s knowledgeable, intelligent, caring, and a hard worker. When we talked on the phone for the very first time, he spent almost two hours listening to my story, asking questions and laying out how he would proceed with my case. Joe Klatt took our money but didn’t provide the services that we paid for. He told me a list of items that he has done but then when he was let go it was discovered that he has done nothing. The man suffers from some kind of substance and it is so sad to witness. Our only saving grace is that we fired him before our entire cast was sank to the ground.
