I would not recommend this firm. Jaishal Dhimar was very rude and unprofessional. He never took the time to review my case. He will lie to you and waste your time. If he does not call you to ask you questions about your case you know he is sitting on it. Lazy. Be careful. Apparently you were paid to drop my case and found it more beneficial to side with the opposing party. You should have learned in law school that when you sign on to represent someone you are not supposed to talk about your client to the opposing party. He ... read more
Jonathan recently represented my family in a wrongful death against a Assisted Living facility. He was extremely confident, well prepared and prepares his clients on what to expect. He and his staff are extremely attentive to their clients needs and of course gets everything he can. Need a lawyer you can count on - The Law Office of Jonathan Wharton is the place.
His staff are very professional and understanding, however, when it comes to medical malpractice cases he has no knowledge of medical procedures, can’t read medical terminologies, lacks emotional intelligence and he was rude.
