I would not recommend this firm. Jaishal Dhimar was very rude and unprofessional. He never took the time to review my case. He will lie to you and waste your time. If he does not call you to ask you questions about your case you know he is sitting on it. Lazy. Be careful. Apparently you were paid to drop my case and found it more beneficial to side with the opposing party. Jonathan recently represented my family in a wrongful death against a Assisted Living facility. He was extremely confident, well prepared and prepares his clients on what to expect. He and his staff are extremely attentive to their clients needs and of course gets everything he can. Need a lawyer you can count on - The Law Office of Jonathan Wharton is the place.
His staff are very professional and understanding, however, when it comes to medical malpractice cases he has no knowledge of medical procedures, can’t read medical terminologies, lacks emotional intelligence and he was rude.
Great guy and very straightforward. I would definitely recommend Mr. Wharton.
We love Jonathan and his team. He was honest from the very beginning and didn’t waste our time. He will tell you if you have a case or not. He is kind and definitely compassionate. His team is also so sweet and super helpful. The process was quicker than I thought it would be. He tried his hardest. I hope he gets more and more clients and continues to succeed!
