I came out on top after a very intense custody battle. It's been such a relief knowing that Janette and her staff have my back. Her conference room and office are just across the street from the courthouse, and are a sanctuary during stressful times. What matters most, I've found, when looking for representation, is integrity. I have zero doubt in my mind about Janette's prowess and more importantly, her compassion and wanting to do right by her clients. 10/10!
I had a very frustrating experience with Attorney Janette Magdalena's office. After agreeing in early July 2024 to help reunite me with my children and adjust my income statement due to a disability from a car accident, I paid the full fee upfront and provided all necessary documents. Janette says she’s cost efficient or her work is “discounted” to make clients believe they’re getting a deal but in reality you’ll be paying more in the long run. It takes her twice the time to draft a boilerplate documentation when a seasoned attorney, who charges a higher hourly rate, would overall cost less.
