Harry was incredibly helpful and responsive. He proved to be knowledgeable, to the point, and effective with his dealings. After struggling to get proper treatment with our leasing office and a pending eviction notice, Mr. Ainsworth was able to keep us out of court, get our late fees back, and prevent eviction. Additionally, the leasing office demonstrated proper compliance with Oregon laws for lease renewal. I would highly recommend him and his services. 10/10 for me! A++!

This guy does not want to help you if you have a disability. We had a problem with an uninhabitable dwelling and a predatory landlord who disregarded almost all our rights as tenants who was harrassing us. I called this guy and tried to explain the problem. He cut me off, was incredibly rude, didn't even hear the whole problem and said "I can't help you" after I told him my sister is disabled. His opinion was that the landlord was totally reasonable renting a home with no potable water and harassing his tenants. According to... read more
