Gina was kind and helpful. She answered questions that we had. She was responsive to my mom at a difficult moment of her illness. Thank you Gina, for understanding. In my opinion, I did not feel that my expectations were met. In my experience, her interactions felt emotionless, and I felt I was not fully supported due to my identity. I think others with differing identities than the owner should not support this business.
