I would describe this law firm as a clown car operation. Next door to a Thai restaurant in a strip mall, you'll find a "only easy win" team of lawyers. If you're case actually requires work and thought, you'll be quickly asked for a retainer etc. My only satisfying point here is that I asked for a Zoom meeting instead of sitting in I 4 traffic.
