Never returned my call
We hired Callie to help during a child custody case and she talked a smooth game when we went for a consilation. However she proved to be extremely UNhelpful, very UNreliable and ended up dropping us as clients after refusing to show up at court dates or file paperwork on time. Do Not Hire Her!!!!
Acts unprofessional
My husband and I hired Ms Buck to do a trust, power of attorney and will for us. We have found that she is next to useless. She skips scheduled appointments. NEVER calls back or replies to emails and does not fill out or file documents properly. It has been over a year since we hired her and she is yet to get our trust done properly. I would NOT suggest hiring her as she is a serious disappointment and obviously does not know her job well or have decent work ethics. I would not even give her one star if it could be avoided.
I got scheduled for a consultation a week after I called. The night before I received a call saying that I needed to reschedule. She fit me in when I told her I would be going to someone else. I had the consultation (that was $300) and decided I wanted her to do my paperwork. She flaked. Told me it would be ready no later than Monday and by Friday no paperwork. I told her not to bother.
