Mr. Pierce interned for the Public defenders office in St. Johns county and was assigned to my case. At first I was very cautious because in a case I had before the public defender basically said there was nothing he could do and in his words I was going to have to roll over and plead out. This was not the fact with Mr. Pierce he fought for me got 2 of the charges dropped and pre-trail intervention for the third. My pre-trial in officer couldn't even believe it. Would I use him again YES.... But shouldn't have to.
