I have been in contact and have known Brian for well over 4 years now, I can call him at any time and he is always there to pick up my call unless he is sleeping and he calls me back as soon as he wakes up! My husband is getting represented by this lawyer, after paying over 7,000 in fines with Brian he still has my husband sitting in Dallas county. His communication is HORRIBLE, he hangs up in my face and does not give any updates regarding his case. My husband has been sitting for over three months in Dallas county with no bail and he is acting as if he works for the state and not him.
