Update: since the one star review was posted using Han's account (not sure why it doesn't show up anymore). Mr Akech threatened a defamation case. Mr Akech also shamed/mocked Han saying it is "ironic" our case was about a defamation/disparaging remarks about a business and he got a one star review from Han. First of all, the case was asking refund for a service not provided. It is not a defamation case.
