Horrible experience! Alexandra refuses to communicate with new clients. The answering service says the same thing over and over again every day... They put you on hold to act like they are checking to see if she is available. But then come back in 30 seconds to say she is unavailable and will call you back. That call NEVER happens! BEWARE of trusting or spending your hard-earned money with this law firm.
