(UPDATE) About a year I had a great experience with this law firm but my recent case with them have left me highly disappointed. This firm has made well over 100k with my referrals alone and it is disgusting how small my settlement is and overall how I was treated. My case manager (Sandy) was always unreachable and my attorney (Rachel) would not even accept a call from me until the case got to the money part. Update: Mr.Klein reached out and fixed the issue right away and apologized for service rendered. Unfortunately google would not allow me to edit my original post but I can say this man strive to do right by his clients, I am impressed by the way Big Al handled my case and complaint. Thanks again
