February 9, 2025: I retained him to file a complaint in Torrance Court. I paid a total retainer of $5,500 ($3,500 via Zelle and $2,000 in cash). March 3, 2025: He attempted to transfer my case to another attorney without my prior consent, claiming the case was too complex and he lacked the time. I did not consent to this transfer.
