This is the second time we used Mike Lavalee to sell a home. Mike really understands the market in Yorba Linda and the surrounding cities. maybe it’s because he’s lived and worked for over 50 years in the city. Our house in Yorba Linda sold in less than a week a few years back. The house in Placentia sold in under a week as well. Mike is that old school realtor that will just get stuff done. with his son helping with marketing and pictures it really is a great team. Thanks again, Mike.
