My experience with Laurie and Jim was extremely positive, and my husband and I were both very pleased throughout the entire selling process. They both did a great deal of extra work on the house. as we were out of state. They treated my house as if it were their own. Both Laurie and Jim are extremely personable, warm, knowledgeable, driven, and they both go above and beyond. I highly recommend them.
It started bad from the initial listing appointment and wasn’t going to hire her after that initial meeting. Laurie and her husband both attended and she barely said anything. He did all the talking. They disagreed on how to sell the home. Husband wanted me to spend tens of thousands of dollars to renovate. Laurie said “don’t spend a dime”. At times I felt like I was in the middle of an argument. Jim and Laurie exceeded our expectations with the sale of our condo in Destin. They continuously kept us updated on showings and were very responsive to our requests. Jim and Laurie are excellent realtors to work with. They are most professional and do what they say they're going to do! You call them and you get an immediate response. They lay everything on the table and explain every detail. There is no guessing with them. Obviously they have been doing this for a long time and they really know the business. Your going to have a good buying or selling experience when you work with these folks.
