The Laurel Company is a nice place to have manage your property. The other post isn't accurate at all and they are good people to have around. The managers are nice decent people and they are a nice company to rent from! I would strongly recommend them to anybody who was looking for a company to manage their properties.
Do not rent from this company! Their property management is horrible!! The staff is beyond rude!! If this company is managing a rental that you want to live in, don't do it move somewhere else! If you are owners and are looking for a company to manage your property, don't hire them! You are better off having dogs manage it, this company is absolutely awful!!
