I genuinely have no clue how this apartment complex has 4 stars they must be filtering reviews lol. Such a nightmare experience leading here. Even as a postgrad college student with low expectations they managed to severely miss the mark on everything from leasing, package delivery, amenities, management, pest control. Literally everything. the laurel is now the horror story I tell my friends about.
It was absolutely amazing I can’t wait to move in to this place.
Our experience living here has been overwhelmingly negative. From the beginning, we’ve encountered unresponsive staff, poorly maintained grounds, and overflowing dumpsters that frequently attract rodents — including rats, which we’ve personally witnessed near the trash areas. The pest control services contracted by the management are inadequate at best. Don’t waste your time or money getting an apartment here. The apartment I was originally suppose to live in wasn’t ready. So they gave me an old apartment in the back that had a bad smell when I moved in. Here’s a list of every issue im experiencing right now in this ran down 1bdrm apartment where my rent is 1200 something dollars. 1.) insects and pest.
