The maintenance man did great explaining what the problem and what was needed to fix it.
We just moved to the complex so far it was being a good experience. Nicole was very helpful since day one. Maintains team has come to fix just a tiny issue and they all had being friendly and professional. I think my only comment for now is they dont have many pet waste disposals they are kind of far from each other maybe consider add one near each building since it is a quite big property.
Ben is the best maintenance man in the world. He deserves a raise.
