Jesse Tyler helped fix an issue with a refund when my sister-in-law passed away. The check was issued in the wrong name and Jesse was understanding and helped to get a new check issued. This was an endeavor where she had to work with corporate and accounting. It took quite a while, but she did not give up. She always responded to my emails and kept me updated on the progress. If you need to get something done, Jesse is your person!
My agent was very professional explaining the process and took me on a tour which I also got to do a walk through on two different apartments and I was impressed.
Horribly dated units. Not one maintenance person seen the whole time on property. Overpriced for non-updated 35+ year old units.
