Laura was super helpful right from our first contact, before we had signed her as our agent. She provided us with detailed comparisons to similar properties and explained how much we might expect to sell for. She suggested a few repairs and fixes that would increase the selling price more than their cost, and we were especially happy that she suggested we immediately get our septic system check done. Very generous and helpful person all round.
