The person who was in charge of admission was very rude and impatient. When I mentioned I was not able to pay out of pocket, he did not provide any other solutions such as payment plan. What he did was say bye and then hang up.

Terrible experience. They aren’t open to people finding their own way to recover. Made me doubt myself in every way possibles the clinicians and “recovery specialists” are the last people you want guiding you to find your life back. I went there in 2023-2024 winter and am still recovering from the traumatic experience this place gave me. Not to mention they had someone who sexually harassed clients house managing their sober living and took weeks to fire him after being told about his behavior. This place has been a god send. I couldn't be more grateful of of this opportunity to partake in their PHP program. Its my first time in recovery and they’ve been very welcoming to me and patient to show me the tools I need to stay sober . Highly recommend

The care and attention is great. You get access to an equine program, holistic work outs and yoga. The group goes to outings and meetings together. I highly recommend this as either a step down from inpatient or as a first step.
