I have used The Last Detail for 25 years or so. The garden design work by the owner, Laurie is absolutely unbelievable. It is somewhat expensive, but you get what you pay for! Laurie supervises everything, and the work is impeccable. She has been in business for many years, and her clients love and trust her. She's absolutely the best!

Tresspased onto my property and pruned trees without asking – This company was working next door and committed following violations: Is not licensed to prune trees Trimmed on our property without our consent Excessive trimming using many improper pruning techniques ie: cut tips of many branches Trimmed specific trees at wrong time of year, increasing chance of disease, blight, putting trees health at risk One tree has blight and trimmed without disinfecting tool after cuts Limbed up tree too far on my property. Owner is difficult to get through to, but maybe worth it – The owner of Last Detail is a bit of a difficult character. Tough to talk to and receive, however if you decide to work with them, I believe there may be redeeming qualities to be seen. The risk is yours.

Run for your life – Over priced, poor service, communication with owner and staff was non-existent. Site staff spoke little or no English... Hire American!! A complete rip off keep looking!! I do not recommend this service to anyone looking for lawn and garden plant services.
