Would not recommend Shannon for any of your care! After my father left her care and got a new provider that provider recommend that we turn her into the board for what she had done to my dad. She's rude, not understanding, and don't care about the wellbeing of her patients
Shannon is wonderful! She listens, she’s patient, humble, and she cares. I always feel so safe and heard. I never feel judged or afraid to ask her questions. She’s always ready and willing to help and goes above and beyond anyone I have ever seen. Shannon is a hidden treasure in Helena Montana, and I recommend her to everyone I know. We need more Shannon’s in this world.
Shannon was recommended to me by my therapist however she is very incompetent! I seen her for less then a year, after I paid my bills and moved into different care provider she resubmitted earlier bills over a year later. Be cautious and save every receipt. She can't remember conversation from prior visits and does not know how to work her own system. Misspelled my name and even addressed me in my voicemail by another name. In the end I am happy to be out of her care but wish I would have never gone to her!
Shannon is one of the best providers I have ever seen. She is caring, professional, and takes the time to listen to your concerns. When I first came to her I was a mess emotionally and physically. But she took on the challenge and has gotten things straightened out with my medications and helped me learn healthy lifestyle and coping. Last Best Place Clinic also has B12 Lipo shots which are helping me lost weight which has really helped my knee and back pain.
