I really hate to write this review because I’m a Latina woman—specifically Dominican and I always try to support Latin-owned businesses. But unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience here. I’m not from the area and had a hair emergency—my hair got badly knotted and I needed help detangling it. I called in advance and was told the service would be $25+, so I assumed around $40. Well it's been a while since my last visit but their customers service is horrible , I called tying to get the price for flat ironing only and the lady refused to give me a starting price saying that she has to see the hair first before giving price I gave her a description and she still wasn't able to give me a starting price because I need to know how much money I should expect to pay Then she hung up on me like 😒 🙄 what...
