I really hate to write this review because I’m a Latina woman—specifically Dominican and I always try to support Latin-owned businesses. But unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience here. I’m not from the area and had a hair emergency—my hair got badly knotted and I needed help detangling it. I called in advance and was told the service would be $25+, so I assumed around $40.
