Looking for a home, call these folks. Brian was great in communication and Ty was so personal when I visited the office. There was an amazing woman there with Ty who was engaging and going the extra mile to help facilitate what I was looking for. Service doesn't happen like this often anymore, thanks all!
I rented a townhouse from this company. I checked the floors of the garage before I paid the deposit and thought maybe I can pressure wash the floors and I can make it work. But, as I moved in, it was brought to my attention the garage walls were covered in mold. Side note: I never dealt with mold and didn’t realize it. I’ve been living in a Lasley property for about a year. I love my place. Brian and the rest of their group were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. The electrical wiring in my apartment went plooey a few months back, and the gentlemen sent to repair were top-notch people who refused to quit until the job was finished. Plus, these properties are in some great locations. Do not rent with this company!!! They try to collect move in fee of $500 before you can view the lease contract... (move in fee... a new way of saying deposit that you can never get back) We were told Friday by a Lasley agent that they would send the lease for us to review before we pay the "Move in Fee"... and today was told by a Ty Anderson that policy is they will not let us view or review before they get our non-refundable move in fee... Watch out they will try to get you anyway they can! They want a non-refundable move ... read more
