The staff at the Jacksonville location rose beyond any expectations that I had. They are professional, personable, patient and made this whole experience positive for me. I went in for my consultation on a Monday with Dr. Duffield and had my surgery that Friday. Dr. Ireland was the best! Love this place! All the staff were very professional and answers all of my questions. It’s so great since I don’t need any contacts or glasses anymore. I really recommend this place. It is a life changer. June 14th, 2024: Can’t believe I did this 5 years ago! Still loving my glasses/contact free eyes!!! Probably need a touch up again in the future soon which is understandable as you get older. Overall I still highly recommend this place! Excellent staff and doctor. Changed my life and still impressed.
I just want to warn everyone who will listen!! Not everyone is a candidate for Lasik!!! They tell you that you are but get a second opinion. I had my surgery April 2021 and for the first week thought it was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Duffield was amazing. That’s where they get 2 stars. I have been to more eye Drs in the past 2 years than in my entire life. I have severe dry eye from the surgery and I’m basically unable to correct my vision in my left eye. I’m going to just say this whole process was life changing for me. I don’t usually leave reviews but for this I will. From start to finish this business has been one of the most helpful and polite groups of individuals. From this initial phone call the help line was exceptional in giving me answers to my concerns and helping me set up my appointments was very prompt and fitting to my schedule.
