Please do not do LASIK eye surgery! Please do a lot research before you proceed. I regret my Lasik surgery here. I can not see well at all and get headaches. They do not respond when things go wrong. This is an invasive procedure! You are marched in and out once they receive payment.
I had a good surgery and recovery. Vision is better than it was with contacts but not quite as good as it was with glasses. All in all I prefer this over glasses. i just read some reviews here today and I don't think I would have taken the risk if I'd read about vision nightmares which people have had after Lasik. Thank you God it worked. Eyes a little dry sometimes but nothing major. Seeing the reviews here, it seems like there is a higher failure rate than what the official literature says. If you have problems after the surgery, they are impossible to reach. I had lasik performed here April 2023 and I totally regret it. I'm 59 years old and I could see much better with contact lenses prior to the surgery. I miss seeing the stars at night, I miss having clear vision. A year and a half after surgery I'm back to wearing a contact lens in right eye in order to see distance to drive, but my vision with contacts was better before the surgery by far. I had my LASIK surgery done in March 2023. The appointments, setup and actual surgery went very well. In fact, the first 2 months were going very well, I had minimal blurriness and dryness was not too bad. Around the 3 month mark, I was getting excessive dryness and blurriness. I reached out to LVI and they stated it could take 6-12months for my eyes to completely settle. March 2024, the issue still persisted and slowly getting more dry. I was using eye drops every 5min.
