I am incredibly disappointed. I've been coming to this salon since I was 16 years old, on and off, but it's clearly under new management now and the experience I had was awful. I work hard for my money, and when I pay for a mani-pedi, I expect a relaxing experience. I sat with Victor for a basic pedicure, and I feel because I chose the simplest option, he completely rushed through the entire service. I really like this nail salon because the vibes are usually good and they usually offer complimentary frozen margaritas. I’m giving them 3 stars because every time I come my finger gets cut. This time a few of my fingers were cut and bleeding which was very painful. It took about a week to heal. This made working at my job and completing other tasks hard to do.
