I am very particular about customer service as it seems to be a lost skill in Atlanta. It was a truly a breath of fresh air to meet Miara, and experience the same level of service during every visit. The only constructive feedback I would add is to not allow other clients to speak to the lash tech until the service is complete to reduce speaking over the client laying under the tech. A very small suggestion that does not sway my opinion of how excellent my experience was.
Such a great personalized experience. My retention rate is high, my lash techs are professional, and the experience is truly one of a kind!
Miara did my lashes perfectly, after being very attentive what I wanted. Her suite is very relaxing & I love my lashes :)
