So the truth, I love the store.I love all the supplies, except the glues ❗️ really bad glues and the girl that works there she's mean sometimes And I remember one time I told her I was on the way, and I was coming from really far, and I got there like 2 minutes late, and she told me she couldn't sell me anything. But I really like this store and all the supplys 💖
Middle of the day I came to buy emergency supplies and the front desk just leaves the store unattended for 30 minutes. So extremely unprofessional for any business. Put your hours of operation correctly online if your employees are going to decide when to take a break whenever they want.
I called the store and told the saleswoman I'd be there a minute after closing time, that I was on my way. I arrived three minutes later. I arrived at 6:04 because of traffic, and I could see her leaving the parking lot. I think it's inconsiderate of someone to come from far away. If you couldn't wait for me, you should have told me sooner. They lost a sale and a customer.
Been shopping here for at least a year now. The customer services deferent down. It would be helpful if the sales associate knew about the merchandise.
Great customer service and very affordable for lash supplies . Worker jelissia very polite and helpful . Definitely will come back !!
