Ashley hands Fowler is the best! My lashes look so natural and she does them in such a timely manner! I will never go anywhere else! I’ve tried, and it was a disaster!

If you go to make an appointment with their online booking system which gives you the dates and times available ... they message you back and say sorry they don’t take new customers or their calendar is wrong and they need to reschedule you ... then when you finally get in ... they do a half assed rushes job and they don’t use individual lashes they use clusters and it is so unprofessional it’s unreal

Had lashes done, they were all gone after 3 days, called the studio 6 times to ask if they wanted to re-do them, if I could come in and they could take a look at them, etc. No one returned my calls! That was my first experience with them. Today they sent me an email stating that they were charging me for not cancelling my fill appt. with them today!!!!! Unbelievable! I have now made a 7th call and asked the owner to call me.
