I went to The Lash Lounge for about 3 months. My first appointment was great, but after that almost every appointment was cancelled or rescheduled. At my last visit, a different artist told me I needed more lashes, but never gave me any estimate of the cost. When she finished, she informed me she had actually removed lashes that were still intact, and I was charged an extra $30+ without my consent. Emma is hands down the best lash tech I’ve ever been to! She’s not only incredibly talented at what she does, but she’s also such a sweet and talkative person that you feel comfortable right away. The whole appointment flies by because she’s so easy to chat with, and you leave feeling beautiful every single time. She truly cares about her clients and it shows in her work. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
This is my second time here. The first time Emma did my lashes. Today Maria did them. They both did an amazing job. I walked out feeling beautiful. Thank you Maria. Special shout out to Laurence for always being so kind. Also this place is so clean!!!!
Always a pleasure going here. Not only do my lashes always look great, everyone is so nice! I highly recommend Bella, and make sure to say “hi” to Lawrence at the front. Warning though, you’re never going to want to get without lashes!!!!!
Clean salon, friendly customer service, fantastic lashes! The front desk was very competent and my stylist listened to all of my concerns during the consultation and gave me lashes I truly love. I will definitely be back!
