I ordered a product from their website, the keratin mascara. As I had an issue with it being shipped very late the last time, I was promised it would be shipped after a week. I have been very patient and kind about it. Now it has been a month and no one has responded to my emails or my phone calls asking for an explanation, and then an order cancellation and a refund. Do not order products from this company online!

Chad does a phenomenal job at lash lifting and tinting! Makes my eyes pop and I dont have to wear mascara for a full month afterwards! He is the best!
