Same experience as with the previous review from Ann. Scheduled an appointment and couldn’t find the exact suite on our very first visit. Waited in waiting room. She ended up leaving after 10 minutes and charged our credit card despite us being there and calling her and speaking with her. Had to call Chase to cancel the $92 transaction on the card. Young girl who attempted to charge my credit card for canceling, even though her website is inaccurate. Her shop says it is closed on a day I scheduled an appointment. I ended up making a cardiology appointment on the same day, after I misunderstood her misinformation. When I called for clarification and found out the shop was open she stated she would charge me $20 reservation fee, plus half of the lash charge, for which I received nothing.
