i went to the lash cocoon for the first time recently, i liked it as it was directly downtown super close to where i newly moved to in the gaslight district. however, when walking in i noticed the floor was really dirty, it had salt from outside on it, and overall just not a great vibe. there was no one at the front desk to greet me- and i was told from behind the wall to take a seat. during my experience i was poked several times, therefore my eyes began to water and i guess from the water they started to burn from the glue... read more
I appreciate this being an actual physical store. It makes it a lot easier if you have concerns or questions to walk in! always accommodating I really appreciate how I have sensitive eyes and they take that into account. I also use lash cocoon for my wedding in August!
Needs more training for some products should be perfected when the price is $200.00 for lashextensions. I expect longer retention more than three days for falling out or you're adding not enough lashes.
