I’m disappointed with my hybrid lash fill. I paid $98, and after only four days, more than half of the lashes have already fallen out. I expected them to last much longer with proper aftercare, especially for the price. I’ve been getting my lashes done by other lash artists for years and know how to properly care for them, so this level of fallout is not normal for me. Unfortunately, the retention was far below what I would expect, and I don’t feel I received good value for the service.

The tech was using phone while doing my lashes, idk how safe that is while doing lash extensions, I do think that can cause infections as eyes are sensitive organs, and it is highly unprofessional and frustrating. The lashes did not last even 2 days for something that costs hundreds of dollars, will NOT be visiting again. You all should save your money as well and find someone who actually cares about safety and clients.

The entire experience was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep. I’ve received so many compliments since getting them done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire team is amazing -,professional, welcoming, and incredibly talented. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner!
