Just bad. Not sure what can I even say
I had high hopes but the quality just wasn’t there. Won’t be returning.
Honestly, this was one of the worst lash experiences I’ve had. From scheduling confusion to the actual lash quality, it was all disappointing. The lashes started falling off in clumps after just four days. I contacted them for a touch-up, and they wanted to charge almost full price. I’ve had better experiences at half the price elsewhere.
Recommended to friends! Love how gently Kitty works around my eyes. I have very sensitive eyes and need to be careful. 🤩
I tried to like it, but there’s something off with their customer service. They don’t seem to listen or care about feedback.
