Customer service is good place clean an relaxing
I wish I had the persons name but she made me eyelashes completely flawless. I drive almost an hour to get here if that says anything. Also they actually last! She gives you exactly what your looking but just BETTER thank you!!!! Also they are the most natural lashes I’ve ever gotten.
I moved to Wilton from the city where I got my lashes done all the time. These gals do just as great a job and the price is less than the City. Definitely book an appointment.
My experience was a bit different since the last time I was there. I didn't feel as welcomed. Also, I changed my lash style, and I thought it was in the system, but instead I received the very first lash set I received the first time I visited The Lash Bar which aren't as defined. It just looks like my lashes were filled in. I probably should’ve spoken up first. I missed the hospitality though. I didn't even get a card to track my visits or a complimentary brush.
I have been going to this location for many years. Maybe 3 years. The previous staff was awesome. My Lash Tech was amazing and gave me what I asked for. I think her name was Sue. Since the new staff have arrived. The service is down. There’s never an appointment (for me perhaps for others). I ask for 60 they give me 80. First visit with new staff they shampooed my lashes and took them all off. Now I want less after 4 weeks can’t get that. I ask for shorter they ask why.
