I switched to Laila over the summer after my previous technician became ill, and she's made me feel comfortable every session. I had a great experience with Laila in the Laser Beauty Shop- this was my first hair removal experience of under arms and upper lip. She did a great job for both and my under arms started to have its normal color from high blackish pigmentation. Over the months Laila and I started bonding well as she knows how to treat people with warm and love :)
