Amazing atmosphere and the latte is incredible!!! Favorite Las Vegas spot for coffee and will come back next time I'm in town.
Very disappointing experience. I drove all the way to this bakery expecting to get something, only to find out they were already closed before their posted closing time. If you advertise specific business hours, customers should be able to rely on them. I wasted my time and gas making the trip for nothing. The least a business can do is stay open until the advertised closing time or update its hours if it plans to close early. Poor customer service and a frustrating experience. I won’t be making a special trip here again.
Conchas are amazing, location is the most beatiful spot in Las Vegas. I will come back very soon!
Extremely disappointing customer service I would not order from this business again. I placed an order on Tuesday, September 15 for pickup on Wednesday, September 16. When I arrived to pick up my order, the bakery was closed. I contacted the business and was informed that they had been closed for several weeks and that my order had been canceled. Went after I seen their special buy one get one free with this economy and waiting to have the chance to finally try the viral conchas I took off asap. So stuffed conchas are $6.00 pan de muerto is $8.00 i got a total of 6. 5 stuffed conchas 1 stuffed pan de muerto my total should of been around $21.70 with taxes I tried paying cash $25 they couldn't take my large bill so I chose debit went down to $24.61 but if it was buy one get one free how does it equal $25 cash for 3 at 6+6+8+tax and $24.61 with debit?
