It has changed so much it don't feel like they care
Scheduled a tour to check it out, got there early and walked around looking for the leasing office. There was one inconspicuously placed sign saying the location of the leasing office. As I was walking to the leasing office and being berated by a dystopian automated voice telling me I was being recorded, I noticed bowing balconies and structural building code violations, so I turned around and canceled my appointment and asked them to come down in rent due to the code violations. Myself and two roommates applied to The Larsons a few days ago after jumping through hoops trying to apply at other apartments. Unlike those other apartments, The Larson made our application process incredibly easy- with extra thanks going to Megan D. She’s been great throughout the entire process, she’s very quick to respond to any questions I’ve had and has been incredibly helpful the entire time.
