The Larkin group has a great marketing strategy when selling your home. No rock is left unturned. They are able to reach so many more potential buyers than you can do on your own.
We actually met with several agents before we hired one to sell our house. I am sure glad we did not listen to the agents that told us that The Larkin Group just liked to under price a home to make sure it was easy to sell. Looking back we think those other agents were just trying to get our business. We hired the Larkin group despite these rumors because what they presented made so much sense and they actually sat down with my husband to show him the true statistics. We were new to using a Real Estate team rather than a single agent and now we'd never go back! The service we received buying our retirement home in St. George was unlike any we have ever experienced when we've purchased homes in the past. They made our move as stress-free as a move can possibly be. I'm just sorry we're too old to buy another house so we can use them again! We purchased a home from the Larkin Group 3 years ago and we had a tall order. We looked for a longtime and were almost ready to give up when we found our dream home. The local experts! Thought it was just "marketing", then we worked with The Larkin Group to sell a home our parents had prior to passing.
